Exponatus are partners for exhibition management. Together with our clients we develop cultural exhibitions at the intersection of art, science and society. On their behalf we organize exhibitions from initial research to final evaluation. Our main concern is the good management of exhibitions.
We are guided throughout by the clients' interests - we see ourselves as their strategic partner for exhibtions. We also act as interpreter between our clients, artists, curators and designers, ensuring smooth collaboration to achieve the clients' goals.
Exponatus believes in exhibitions as means of communication. The client aims to convey a message to a specific audience. Exhibitions engage their visitors more actively and more intensely than other media – so their influence is more effective and longer-lasting. Exhibitions are uniquely placed to communicate complex topics.
Exponatus focuses on quality management of the exhibition process:
Cultural exhibitions require the combined efforts of a large team. Many experts bring their individual knowledge to the project. As they work together their different approaches coalesce into a coherent vision. Exponatus ensures that diverse personalities work as a team, focused on fulfilling the client's goals.
We cannot do everything – but we know experts in every field. Through our network we find the specialists best suited to our client's needs and interests. Working with a network is flexible and efficient – the coordination of different firms and individuals is our responsibility.
